Gus
Full Day - $60 per day; 10 AM - 3:30 PM. Includes morning and afternoon snack and full lunch.
Half-Day - $35 per day; 10 AM - 1 PM or 12 PM - 3 PM. Includes AM or PM snack and full lunch.
Extended Hours - $14 per hour. Available by appointment starting at 8:00 and ending at 5:30.
Medicaid Accepted.
Transportation - $10.40 round trip within City of Boulder; $12 round trip within Boulder County. Special Transit transports our participants within Boulder County. The drivers are kind, understanding, and trained in working with our population. They provide door to door service, so your loved one will never be left unattended.
Showers - $20.00. Our cozy shower room creates a spa-like atmosphere. It gives the caregiver a break from potential bathing struggles at home. Some participants love that that "their daughter set up a spa day!" for them.
Foot Care - $40.00. A specialized footcare nurse soaks feet in a warm-water bath. A then she trims nails, removes callouses, and assesses overall foot health. Families appreciate this service because it avoids scheduling and driving to yet another appointment. Even caregivers take advantage of the service!
