Medication Administration - Medications are administered by a Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP).
Certified Nurses Assistant- the CNA is available 5 days a week to check vitals and provide more skilled nursing care.
Nursing Oversight - Our part-time nurse checks each participant's vitals monthly, and completes a full assessment quarterly. Even though participants receive monthly nurse's checks, staff confer immediately with family if health issues are noticed.
Communication with Family - We are a resource for families. Please ask us for suggestions about how to work with challenging aspects of caregiving. We will always contact you if we feel there is anything of which you might need to be aware.
